I notice myself reflecting: Am I too loud? Do I take up too much space? I’m at a meeting with two women and five men. Do I dedect a tendency where the men interrupt the women, or does it seem as if the latter hold back what they wanted to say?
I never used to stop and reflect on situations like this before #metoo. But the fact that I’m doing it now, is doing me good – and why in heaven’s name didn’t I do it earlier?
